Build A DTF Gang Sheet

Create custom DTF (Direct-to-film) gang sheets effortlessly with our intuitive DTF gang sheet Builder. Perfect for printing multiple designs on a single sheet, saving time and material costs. Upload your designs, arrange, and optimize for print in just a few clicks!.

1. Upload your image ensuring it has a transparent background, as all included backgrounds will also be printed.
2. Make sure your images are print ready before upload, we recommend a minimum of 300DPI 
3. Prior to upload ensure the images are sized to the final print size as stretching these after upload may reduce your image quality 

Please Note

We do not check the completed gang sheets for errors prior to print so please check that your images are as you wish them to be printed prior o order 

Instructions for use: 

1. Lint roll your garment to ensure that any fluff and debris are removed 
2. Pre-heat your press (heat will depend on the garment - for cotton, we use approximately 140 Degrees C) and set to medium - firm pressure or 60 PSI
3. Pre-press your garment to remove any moisture
4. Press your design for 12 seconds
5. Wait until the film & garment are cooled and remove the transfer sheet 
6. Apply a Teflon sheet to the top of your design
   Re-press for 12 seconds                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

Our DTF transfers can also be applied using a domestic iron ensuring the steam  setting is turned off

All our DTF Transfers are cool-peel, meaning the film & garment need to cool before you remove the transfer sheet. They will not adhere if you attempt to remove them hot-off-the-press.
